Information we handle
Information you choose to send
When you request a demo or contact us, you may provide your name, restaurant name, work email and details about what you would like Inkeri to help with. The demo form prepares an email draft on your device; the information reaches us only when you send that email.
Technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic data. This information is used to deliver and protect the website.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, popular pages, referrers, countries, device types and browsers. It does not use cookies, associate page views with an IP address or create cross-site profiles. Its short-lived anonymous visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours.
Wine Bar demo
Items placed in “Order” are stored locally in your browser and are not submitted to Inkeri. The public demo does not currently process payments or send reservation requests. Staff authentication uses an essential session cookie after a successful sign-in.

How and why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange product demonstrations.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and staff tools.
- To understand aggregate website use and improve content and product navigation.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where applicable, we rely on steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Inkeri, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use the website for behavioural advertising and do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a business relationship, meet legal requirements or resolve disputes. Security and infrastructure records are retained according to operational needs and provider settings.
The anonymous visitor hash used by Vercel Web Analytics is discarded after 24 hours. Aggregate analytics reports are retained according to our Vercel project settings and operational needs.
Order and staff-display preferences stored in local storage remain on your device until you clear them, turn the feature off or clear your browser data.

Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children
Inkeri is a business service for restaurants and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

We may update this policy as Inkeri develops or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will always appear on this page.
