Vinification
Chardonnay in the Meursault manner: whole-bunch pressed, barrel-fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees, with only a modest share of new oak.
Winery Story
Domaine François Mikulski is a respected Meursault estate founded in 1992, now joined by daughter Anna and son-in-law Thomas, farming to non-certified organic principles with care for biodiversity.
Vineyard Story
The Bourgogne Côte d'Or comes from 1.5 ha of vines bordering the village of Meursault, planted in 1986 and 2005 on fine alluvial sediment.
