Vinification
Since 2021 the Coteaux Bourguignons is made in a more classic Burgundian way — whole-cluster leaning, indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur — for a fresh, gulpable expression of Pinot Noir.
Winery Story
Domaine Prieuré Roch was founded in 1988 by Henri-Frédéric Roch — of the Leroy family and long a co-director of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti — and farms its Nuits-Saint-Georges-centred holdings organically and biodynamically for the purest Pinot.
Vineyard Story
Pinot Noir from Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, on the classic limestone-clay soils that give the variety its finesse and lift.
