Vinification
A pét-nat from 100% Sankt Laurent, hand-picked and direct-pressed, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and bottled to finish fermentation in bottle. Disgorged without dosage and with no added sulfur.
Winery Story
Gernot and Heike Heinrich are pioneers of Burgenland's move to biodynamics (members of Respekt-BIODYN), working with minimal intervention for wines that are lively, fresh and lower in alcohol.
Vineyard Story
The Sankt Laurent grows on the Rosenberg site, an east-facing slope of the Leithaberg in Burgenland, where mica-schist and limestone soils lend the variety its mineral edge.
