Vinification

Hand-destemmed Trebbiano ferments spontaneously in amphora with about three weeks on the skins, then ages roughly ten months in amphora — a textured, skin-contact white with no added sulfur.

Winery Story

Lammidia is the Abruzzo project of childhood friends Davide Gentile and Marco Giuliani, whose motto "uva e basta" (grapes and nothing else) means zero added sulfur across the whole range.

Vineyard Story

Trebbiano grown in Abruzzo, largely on the traditional pergola system that shelters the fruit from the region's summer heat.
