Vinification
Partly fermented on the berries with indigenous yeasts and raised in wooden barrels, then bottled with low sulfur, unfined and unfiltered.
Winery Story
Fred Loimer has led his Langenlois estate in the Kamptal since 1998 and farms biodynamically (a founding member of Respekt-BIODYN). "Glücklich" (happy) is his juicy, low-intervention rosé.
