Winery Story
Martin Vajčner is a young grower in Hodonice in Moravia's Znojmo region, farming around 8 ha organically and biodynamically, with native fermentations and ageing in ceramic, oak, qvevri and demijohn; unfined, unfiltered, little or no sulfur.
