Vinification

Hand-harvested and co-fermented as a pale blush, spontaneously in barrel, then bottled with no fining, no filtration and no added sulfur.

Winery Story

Martin Wörner (Marto) revived his family's Rheinhessen winery after learning with Matassa and Gut Oggau, farming organically and biodynamically with cover crops and grazing sheep, and cellaring with no additives.

Vineyard Story
