Vinification

Destemmed Pinot Noir vinified in stainless steel and aged around ten months in old oak — a fresh, honest, terroir-driven Jura red.

Winery Story

Plume is the project of Aymerick Geantet, born in Gevrey-Chambertin and shaped by years at Domaine Prieuré Roch, who settled in Rotalier in the Sud Revermont of the Jura to work Pinot Noir and Chardonnay his own way.

Vineyard Story

Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards around Rotalier in the Jura, on clay over the calcareous Bajocian slabs typical of the Sud Revermont.
