Vinification
A skin-contact Malvasia made with minimal sulfur, macerated to draw out the variety's aromatics and gentle grip — floral and lightly saline.
Winery Story
Salaxia is Serbia's first certified organic-biodynamic winery, run by the Tadić family in Rakovac on Fruška Gora. In 2023 young winemaker Vanja Tadić launched a natural-wine line, including "Prelet" — named for the migratory birds that cross the range.
Vineyard Story
Malvasia grown on the slopes of Fruška Gora in Vojvodina, on loess and clay soils under a moderately continental climate along the Danube.
