Vinification

100% Pinot Noir, vinified with minimal intervention and indigenous yeasts, with restrained use of old oak to keep the wine pure, precise and fresh.

Winery Story

Théo Dancer, son of the celebrated white-wine grower Vincent Dancer, took over the family estate in 2020 and in 2021 launched Roc Breïa, a small négoce project in the Mâconnais built on old vines around Bray.

Vineyard Story

Pinot Noir from clay-limestone vineyards in the Mâconnais, southern Burgundy, many of the vines planted between the 1950s and 1970s.
